I telefoni cellulari erano fuori per la cura della batteria e nella borsa sportiva per le emergenze. Ora un amico mi dice "non c'è più, mi ha dato un SMS". Le carte devono essere addebitate ogni mese, non importa se hai usato il 10, altrimenti il numero è sparito.

Questo servizio funziona perfettamente da anni. Tuttavia, nelle ultime 4 settimane ho avuto diverse esperienze incredibilmente brutte:
1. Avevo consigliato AldiTalk a un visitatore asiatico e sono rimasto immediatamente scioccato nel vedere come gli è stato ordinato dal dipendente AldiTalk durante il processo VideoIdent di tenere il documento di identità davanti a lui a diverse angolazioni e livelli di zoom. Sebbene siano state scattate circa 10 foto, è stato poi affermato succintamente tramite e-mail che l'identificazione non poteva essere effettuata. Senza giustificazione, perché è probabile che questo sia spiegato con l'atteggiamento razzista di AldiTalk MA.
2. Prima di due viaggi all'interno dell'UE (Austria, Italia) ho acquistato un pacchetto roaming dell'UE 500. AldiTalk ha confermato l'attivazione tramite SMS, oltre a una protezione dei costi, in modo che non venga utilizzata alcuna carta di credito dopo la scadenza del pacchetto. Niente ha funzionato; il pacchetto roaming è finalmente scaduto con 411 MB di credito, il credito del mio conto è stato utilizzato due volte e Aldi-Talk non ha intrapreso ulteriori azioni nonostante le assicurazioni del regolamento. SIM e account rimangono di fatto bloccati mentre aspetto pazientemente il risarcimento promesso.
3. Il servizio clienti scrive solo risposte standardizzate e altrimenti gioca per tempo nella speranza che la maggior parte dei reclami possa essere ignorata a causa della bassa quantità di controversia.
La sede centrale di Aldi farebbe bene a svolgere un rigoroso audit interno presso AldiTalk.
