Ho avuto esperienze complessivamente decenti ad Al e Irenes. La cosa che mi fa tornare (stranamente) sono le loro patatine fritte. Fanno un buon lavoro con loro. Negli ultimi mesi ho avuto anche un'esperienza di servizio molto migliorata. Ho provato molti articoli dal loro menu e sarei d'accordo con altri recensori sul fatto che le dimensioni delle porzioni non sono così grandi per alcuni dei prezzi, ma non è così fuori luogo per impedirmi di tornare.

Se questo è barbecue mi dispiace, mi ha dato un coltello per mangiare le costolette. Male

Questo è il mio posto barbecue preferito al mondo. Attenersi al menu del pranzo anche se ci vai a cena. Questo posto è un buon prezzo equo. La salsa è la migliore che abbia mai mangiato appena inzuppato il tuo panino. Il mio preferito è il pasto n.4 per il pranzo. Il manager è la persona più gentile e ti aiuterà con qualsiasi cosa. Anche il cornbread è abbastanza buono.

Il cibo è disgustoso, scappa da questo posto il più velocemente possibile! L'insalata di patate è calda e insipida, i fagioli al forno sembravano più una zuppa e avevano il colore sbagliato e avevano la stessa tempratura dell'insalata di patate. Le costole erano sgradevoli con grossi grumi giallastri di grasso attaccati e ancora sanguinanti all'interno. Probabilmente subirò un'intossicazione alimentare ... $ 35 sprecati e anche i cani non sono sicuri di voler mangiare questa merda. Hey! Dipartimento della salute della contea di Linn! Vai qui e avrai abbastanza multe per pagare gli stipendi l'anno prossimo ...

Al e Irene erano un tesoro locale, quando Al e Irene lo possedevano e lo gestivano. Purtroppo è stata venduta e i nuovi proprietari hanno mantenuto lo stesso nome. Da allora, la qualità del cibo è scesa al punto che non consiglio a nessuno di andarci. Cedar Rapids è un ampio mercato aperto per alcuni veramente buoni barbecue.
