TradottoHo acquistato la mia assicurazione sanitaria per lavoro autonomo con Adams Insurance circa 3-4 anni fa. Oggi avevo bisogno di un preventivo per un immobile che stavo cercando di acquistare.
Prima ho chiamato il mio attuale agente, poi ho chiamato Amica ma non hanno potuto aiutarmi perché hanno detto che potevo aver bisogno di una politica commerciale. Poi ho chiamato come mia terza opzione l'assicurazione Adams poiché so che gestiscono diverse linee di polizze / assicurazioni.
Ho parlato con John e gli ho spiegato di cosa avevo bisogno e cosa stavo cercando. Invece di farmi domande sulla proprietà per fornirmi un preventivo, mi ha chiesto perché non ho chiamato il mio agente. Gli ho detto che l'avevo fatto e avrebbero dovuto richiamarmi su quello ma sapendo che le compagnie di assicurazione hanno prezzi diversi, sapevo che avevo bisogno di guardarmi intorno e ho deciso di chiamare Amica e poi Adams Ins. Continuava a dire che sarebbe stato meglio se vado con il mio agente, che risparmierò un po 'di dollari. Non si è mai preoccupato di darmi una citazione o di farmi domande al riguardo. Gli ho detto che ovviamente non era disposto ad aiutarmi, tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno era una citazione e lui ha detto che non era quello ma ha continuato a dire che sarebbe stato meglio per me andare con il mio agente. Sono stato un agente assicurativo per oltre 10 anni e so che era parte del mio lavoro fare vendite e avviare affari. Sapevo e so che se tu come agente puoi ottenere un cliente con 1 polizza è più probabile che tu possa introdurre anche tutte le altre polizze in seguito. Quindi ovviamente non gli interessava. Gli ho detto che ha perso la mia attività. Avrei potuto portare le mie polizze aziendali personali e commerciali ad Adams Insurance, ma è ok e riattaccato. Qualcun altro apprezzerà i miei affari.
Ho anche avuto una brutta esperienza che non ho postato prima dove avevo bisogno di ottenere un preventivo automatico commerciale e ho inviato loro tutte le informazioni via email e non mi hanno mai contattato o richiamato. Ho chiamato e lasciato messaggi ma niente.
Non sono interessati ai nostri affari con loro e probabilmente stanno semplicemente seduti a fare le loro ore senza fare nulla. Cattivo servizio.
Non capisco come dicano di essere stati in attività da così tanto tempo e si rappresentino in questo modo.
