Incompetenza e racconti sui cappotti dei predecessori che lavoravano lì. Niente di originale qui, solo incompetenza e pigrizia di altre aziende (come New Venture Gear) che hanno chiuso e se ne sono andate.

Hanno spostato le sedi di magazzino in Messico e immagino che il loro servizio clienti si sia spostato dalla faccia della terra. Peccato perché ho acquistato motori tramite loro per anni senza problemi.
