Vorrei iniziare questa recensione dicendo che si tratta del dipartimento dei parcheggi del centro di Atene. Qualche settimana fa, entrando in macchina dopo aver pranzato, ho trovato una busta arancione sulla mia macchina che indicava che avevo ricevuto un biglietto per il parcheggio. L'ho messo nella visiera e me ne sono dimenticato fino a ieri. Ho deciso di andare online e pagare il biglietto, ma quando ho aperto la busta non c'era nessun biglietto all'interno. Sono comunque andato online e ho digitato il mio numero di tag, ma non è stato visualizzato nulla. Ho chiamato il parcheggio del centro di Atene e ho parlato con una donna di nome Pam (credo che fosse il suo nome). Devo dire che doveva essere il peggior servizio clienti che qualcuno abbia mai fornito. Come me, non è stata in grado di trovare una citazione di parcheggio utilizzando il mio numero di tag. Le ho chiesto come avrei dovuto pagarlo in futuro o quali erano le mie opzioni. Questa donna ha continuato a dirmi che non c'era assolutamente nulla che potessi fare, sarebbe andata in tribunale, poi le raccolte e sarebbe rimasta per sempre sul mio rapporto di credito. Questo è assurdo !! Era così scortese e INFELICE! Ho quindi chiamato il numero principale di Athens Downtown Development, mi hanno detto che non potevano trovare nulla sul mio veicolo e di non preoccuparsi di nulla. Ho detto alla donna quanto fosse scortese Pam e le cose che mi ha detto, per le quali non ha avuto risposta e nessun commento. Voglio dire, un po 'di gentilezza fa molto e se questo è il modo in cui svolgono il loro lavoro, dovrebbero davvero assumere nuove persone! ASSURDO! La direzione deve esaminare le prestazioni lavorative di questa donna e le capacità di servizio al cliente.
