Non si sono mai presentati all'appuntamento il giorno in cui mi è stata inviata un'e-mail, invece hanno detto che erano in overbooking, quindi hanno cambiato la data in un giorno diverso e non mi hanno nemmeno inviato un messaggio o chiamato per informarmi della situazione. Poi quando ho chiamato la signora con cui ho parlato è stata molto fredda e scortese. Non li userei mai se avessi una scelta, ma è attraverso il mio piano di protezione.
