Lavoro a livello esecutivo e ho una vasta esperienza nel mio campo di lavoro. Nelle due occasioni in cui ho avuto bisogno di assistenza per trovare il ruolo giusto per me, 3As era l'unica agenzia che non voleva incontrarmi o discutere il mio CV e le mie esigenze, di conseguenza, mi hanno inviato alcuni ruoli che non erano adatto, e quando ho provato a contattarli, non hanno risposto alle mie telefonate o e-mail. Forse sono buoni con i loro clienti, ma nella mia esperienza di usarli due volte, non credo che trattino i loro candidati con alcun rispetto. Questo può uccidere la tua fiducia come candidato, soprattutto se hai affrontato un licenziamento, ecc. La donna mi ha chiamato per una chat ma sembrava essere in un viaggio di potere quando sono arrivato e mi ha teso un'imboscata con un colloquio formale affermando che stava "effettivamente intervistando per il lavoro". Mi ha interrotto quando parlavo ripetutamente e poi mi ha accusato di non volere il lavoro e di averle nascosto qualcosa! Non mi hanno mai parlato in quel modo da un lavoratore di agenzia o in un colloquio nella mia vita e mi sono sentito sconvolto e come se la mia fiducia fosse stata danneggiata. Non è quello che ti serve quando cerchi nuove opportunità. Vorrei aver fatto un reclamo formale in quel momento, ma ho deciso di provare a lasciarmi alle spalle.

Non vale nemmeno una stella, non rispondere mai alle telefonate, tutto ciò che sei è segni di cancelletto a questo gruppo di persone inette se è così che possono essere chiamati.
Secondo me STAI LONTANO da questo lotto.
