Assolutamente il peggiore. L'aiutante del "turno di notte" avrebbe dovuto essere nella stanza delle mamme ad assisterla, ma invece la mamma è caduta dal letto e aveva bisogno di assistenza al 911. La loro risposta è stata che "è stato uno sfortunato incidente": non affidare a questa agenzia le cure dei tuoi cari. L'aiutante stava "allungando le gambe"? Davvero, ecco perché la tv in un'altra stanza era su un canale diverso da quello che l'avevo lasciata accesa - non era nemmeno nella stanza con la mamma. Scriverò recensioni su ogni sito web in questo intero stato se riuscirò a prevenire solo uno "sfortunato incidente".

Non ci si può fidare. Dopo aver firmato l'accordo e detto che era tutto pronto, mi è stato detto 3 giorni prima che mia moglie tornasse a casa che non avevano nessuno. Il manager che ha fatto le promesse non ha nemmeno avuto la cortesia di chiamare e scusarsi. Non consiglierei mai questa compagnia.

Questa azienda ha alcuni problemi. In primo luogo, un compagno diverso è stato inviato a casa dei miei familiari nonostante la richiesta e la certezza che ogni settimana venisse inviata una persona coerente. In secondo luogo, durante la crisi del Coviod ho chiesto al coordinatore dell'assistenza e al coordinatore della programmazione di sospendere l'operatore sanitario per limitare i contatti che il mio familiare di 86 anni aveva con persone esterne. Tuttavia una compagna si è ancora presentata ed è stata lasciata entrare dal mio confuso parente, mettendo così a repentaglio la sua salute. Non consiglierei mai questa azienda in quanto chiaramente non hanno idea di come dovrebbe essere gestita una società di assistenza sanitaria.
