Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza personale con loro. Ho incontrato Whittney per la prima volta per discutere degli inviti presso la sede di stampa 502 a Lexington il 10-6-16. Abbiamo scelto carta, formati, colori e tutto. Il 19/10/16 non avevo ancora sentito nulla da 502 sul mio ordine in sospeso. Ho provato a contattare Whittney tramite e-mail quel giorno. CINQUE GIORNI DOPO non avevo ancora ricevuto risposta! La mattina del 24/10/16 ho chiamato la sede di Lexington per discutere cosa stava succedendo. L'impiegato che ha risposto al telefono mi ha informato che Whittney stava facendo commissioni e sarebbe stato fuori tutto il giorno e "era stato molto impegnato". Ho chiesto che mi richiamasse lo stesso giorno o avrei dovuto assumere un'altra azienda. L'intera giornata è trascorsa e NESSUNA RISPOSTA DA WHITTNEY. Anche il suo collega non sembrava preoccuparsene, dato che anche lui lasciava passare la giornata e non cercava di aiutare il suo collega o l'azienda. Il mio lavoro prevede un servizio clienti di alto livello. Se lascio un ordine per 20 giorni senza almeno contattare il cliente, faresti meglio a scommettere che ho un cliente incazzato E il mio culo sarebbe licenziato !!!
