I had a mixed experience with DMAS. While some aspects of their services were satisfactory, I found their customer support to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed uninformed about the processes. However, their online portal was easy to navigate and provided access to useful resources. Overall, I would rate DMAS as average.
