I had mixed feelings about Soltex chile s.a. At first, I was impressed by their website soltex.cl, which was easy to navigate. However, I had some issues with the product delivery. The customer service was prompt in addressing my concerns, but it was still an inconvenience. Nevertheless, I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue.
