I recently purchased a product from the website shtrih-m.com.ua and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The product itself is good, but I had some issues with the delivery process. The customer service was somewhat helpful, but there were some delays in getting my issue resolved. I would say my experience with this company is average and there is room for improvement.
