I have been a customer of Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc. for a while now and I must say their service has been satisfactory. Their agents are knowledgeable and helpful, and they offer a good range of coverage options. However, I have had a few instances where there were delays in processing my requests, which was frustrating. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.
