I have been a customer of Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc. for several years now and I must say their service has been consistently average. While they do provide the coverage I need for my business, they often take a long time to respond to my inquiries and their customer support can be quite frustrating. I have had multiple instances where I had to follow up multiple times just to get a simple question answered. Overall, they are an average insurance company, but I would appreciate more timely and efficient service.
