Through their app, young urban and rural entrepreneurs can start small businesses: they can resell phone airtime and other digital goods to their friends and family. They've teamed up with Ooredoo, one of the largest telecommunications players in the world, to offer WoBe to low income women in Indonesia and Myanmar.
