Winnovation Training was founded in the North East by Claire Pitchford, a Social Worker and care home manager with more over a decade of experience in the field. Claire realised that organising high quality training to meet all staff development needs was a near impossible task for the modern social care manager, and so, Winnovation Training Ltd was born!
