NOVUS supports owners associations, property owners & residents to establish, maintain and grow successful and sustainable communities. their portfolio includes a variety commercial towers, residential apartment buildings and mixed-use developments throughout ‘New Dubai’, with currently over 10,000 residential apartments or commercial offices and retail units under management. As an Owners Association management company, our services are twofold. We provide: 1. The core secretarial, financial & administrative roles typical of a property manager; and 2. Professional facilities management supervision, contract procurement & overall building oversight. These services are carried out on behalf of their clients, the collective owners whom they serve (the Owners Association).
