HUMN Pharmaceuticals Inc. was created to develop highly effective and clinically proven solutions, devoid of adverse side effects and dependency free, for ailments and conditions that affect a very large percentage of our global population. Incorporated in Canada in December 2008. Four products currently approved for sale in Canada and U.S. Multiple additional products in development. Highly experienced management team in place. Five year Distribution Agreement in place with Alliance Healthcare in the U.K. One product is on the market now. Four more being introduced in 2015. As of January 31, 2015 product being sold through more than 1,200 retail locations. Retail outlets include pharmacies, chiropractors, physiotherapists and specialty healthcare providers. Other niche market channels are dermatologists, insurance companies, sporting goods stores, grocery stores and convenience stores and kiosks among others. Another major future market potential is veterinarians.
