We aggregate event data streams and determine CX impact with our machine learning engine that looks for the events that have the greatest impact on revenue or profit (Churn, Upsell, Customer Tenure). Our system can quickly determine in real-time when an event occurs what the business impact will be and the system can alert the team members who can take action. We integrate with cloud-based systems to grab data and push data after its scored as well as integrate task management with your preferred CRM.
