Baylake Corp. is a bank holding company. The Company’s activities consist of holding the stock of its wholly owned subsidiary bank, Baylake Bank (the Bank), and providing a range of banking and related business activities through the Bank and its other subsidiaries. The Bank is an independent community bank offering a range of financial services to small businesses and individuals located in its market area. Other services and products it offers include safe deposit box services, personal and corporate trust services, insurance agency and brokerage services, cash management, private banking, financial planning and electronic banking services, including mobile banking, and eBanc, an Internet banking product for its customers. In February 2014, Baylake Corp's subsidiary bank, Baylake Bank acquired the branch facility and other fixed assets along with deposit relationships from Community Bank & Trust's (CB&T) Appleton office located in Outagamie County.
