Plase do your research before joining this credit union. I have had money stolen. I have been denied transfer funds to her Navy Federal account in January with POA status. I was told that by Ms Kennedy that I'm not even going to look at those transfer papers. I had to resubmit power of attorney papers several times. Even after resubmit the papers still no power of attorney. Had to go down in person twice with my mother. They still don't do the power of Attorney. Had to have a meet with Ms Kennedy to finally get it done. As power of attorney I requested cash ,I told that the credit union has to order cash it would take a week. I went to Dolfcu or lcu to get a certified check. No problem there. Ms Kennedy was not involved. Didn't use the check and called the morning when the cash is supposed to be there. Only to find out someone canceled my cash order. I had to reorder and wait another week. I call before I went to retrieve the cash and return the unused check. I was told Ms. Kennedy has the cash and she was going to taKe care of the transactions.So after spending several hours with Ms Kennedy in her office she refused to give me the cash as POA and took the check. She stated that Power of Attorney CANNOT withdraw cash. I then requested an copy of that policy and the credit union policy for POA. She stated that members are not privileged to read those policies. Then ask for a receipt of the transaction THE account was short.

The first thing came to mind ( which I could be wrong) is she trying to steal it. The CASH is setting on her desk. I ask her are you'll trying to steal it? She never replied. I was dismissed and denied the cash transaction. Please don't waste your time with this Credit union. It very hard to reach this credit union by phone unless you leave a bad review. Once you leave the negative review someone will call with then 10 minutes
