The delivery and customer service were really bad....

The delivery and customer service were really bad. I ordered 100 bottles of water and a dispenser. They said they'd deliver within 48 hours, but it took them 5 days to bring the water, and it's been 10 days and still no dispenser. Every time I call customer service, they promise to deliver within 24 hours, but it never happens. I'm really frustrated with this terrible service.
