Connex Partners never kept their side of the “partnership.” First, Connex Partners tried to push us into the delivery of DEI services (which is not our wheelhouse). They “love bombed” our team and promised training and qualified leads that were not provided. The leads that were generated were unprepared and clearly not in decision-making capacity. At the end of the relationship, Connex Partners broke the agreement by not reimbursing us for falling short on lead generation. Their initial amiably turned into being disdainful and disrespectful. In other words, Connex Partners can’t be trusted to represent high quality and innovative solutions in the human resource space.
