Sono venuto a pranzo in questo ristorante. Una ragazza di nome Jamie era il mio server. È stata gentile, attenta e attenta alle mie esigenze. Ad essere onesti, Jamie sembrava andare ben oltre, aiutando altri camerieri nelle loro sezioni. Ho visto Jamie seduto a un tavolo d'angolo, situato vicino alla cucina, per una pausa. Aveva un piatto di cibo che stava preparando da mangiare. Non era seduta lì da più di un minuto, quando una signora che sembrava essere la manager di turno, andò al tavolo a cui era seduto Jamie. Era estremamente scortese e rumorosa quando parlava con Jamie, non sembrava preoccuparsi se i clienti l'avessero sentita. Ha detto a Jamie che quello che stava facendo era del tutto inappropriato e che aveva bisogno di alzarsi immediatamente e fare il suo lavoro. Ho sentito Jamie dire al manager (Jackie) che aveva finito tutti i suoi lavori collaterali e aveva anche aiutato alcuni altri membri dello staff. Il manager ha esclamato ad alta voce che non le importava e che Jamie aveva bisogno di alzarsi. Jamie è apparso avvilito per il modo in cui le si parlava e ha ricordato con calma a Jackie che era lì da più di 4 ore e che apprezzerebbe prendersi una pausa di 15 minuti per mangiare. Jackie ha affermato ad alta voce che "non è così che si fanno le cose qui" e l'ha costretta ad alzarsi. Ero disgustato da quello che ho visto e come se non bastasse, ho poi visto il "manager" seduto lei stessa, a mangiare un piatto di cibo!!! Non tornerò mai più in questo ristorante, dopo quello che ho visto.
