I hired a recruitment agency for the first time and tried Neo-hire for their services. The overall experience was good and they were able to find suitable candidates for our positions. However, I felt that the communication could have been better as there were times when I had to follow up for updates. But I must say they delivered on their promise of finding potential candidates.
