Mulholland realty is an average company with decent services. I have used their services for finding a rental property, and they were satisfactory. The staff was professional and helpful in answering my queries. However, I did not have the best experience with their maintenance team as they were a bit slow in fixing some issues. Overall, it was an average experience.
