My recent experience with Airindiaflights was quite disappointing. Despite having booked well in advance, my flight was delayed by several hours. The staff at the airport were not helpful in providing information or updates on the delay. When I finally boarded the flight, the seats were uncomfortable and there was no in-flight entertainment. I hope the airline takes these concerns into consideration and improves their services.
