I've had a mixed experience with Victory Vape. The website is decent and the product selection is good. However, the customer service can be hit or miss. Sometimes they respond quickly and provide helpful information, but other times I've had to wait for days to get a response or received vague replies. Overall, I would say they are an average company, but with room for improvement.
