I had a mixed experience with North Luzon Railways Corporation. While their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be quite lacking. The representatives I spoke to seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which was disappointing. The train itself was comfortable and on time, but the overall experience could have been much better.
