I had an average experience with Elias, books brown & nelson. While the book selection was good and the prices were reasonable, the website navigation was a bit confusing. It took me some time to find the books I wanted. On the positive side, the customer service was helpful when I reached out, and they addressed my concerns. Overall, it's a decent online bookstore with room for improvement.
