The customer service at Cinnaworld Limited is average. I have visited their website cineworld.co.uk multiple times and found it to be user-friendly. The ticket prices are reasonable and the movie selection is great. However, the seating in their theaters could be more comfortable. Overall, I would say my experience with Cinnaworld Limited has been satisfactory.
