I have been a customer of Kelana indonesia for a few years now and I must say, their service is average at best. While their website is user-friendly and their products are of decent quality, I find that their customer support can be quite unhelpful at times. It would be great if they could improve their response time and provide more accurate information. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
