I have been a customer of Madison County Office for the Aging, Inc. for several years and I must say that their services are average. They provide basic support for the elderly, but there is room for improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes they can be a bit slow to respond to inquiries. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating.
