The overall experience with Gosswoss was average. The website was easy to navigate and the products were good quality. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took a long time to receive a response. I was also not impressed with the shipping time. It took much longer than I expected to receive my order. Overall, I would say that Gosswoss is an okay company, but there are definitely areas where they could improve.
