I recently had the opportunity to experience the services provided by this physical therapy company, and I must say that my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information about their services, which was helpful. The staff was friendly and professional, and they were able to answer all my questions regarding the therapy process. However, I found the actual therapy sessions to be somewhat basic and lacking innovation. It felt like they were following a standard routine without tailoring it to my specific needs. Additionally, the progress I made during my sessions was not as significant as I had hoped for. Overall, while the company provided satisfactory customer service and had a well-structured website, the actual therapy experience was mediocre.
