As someone who recently used this moving and storage company, I would rate my experience as average. The website was user-friendly and informative, providing me with all the necessary details I needed to make my decision. However, the actual service fell short of my expectations. The team arrived on time, but their level of professionalism could have been better. They seemed rushed and did not handle my belongings with the care I had hoped for. Furthermore, there were a few minor damages to some of my items during the move. While they did resolve the issue promptly, it was still an inconvenience. In terms of pricing, the company was competitive and reasonable, but I expected better service for what I paid. Overall, my experience with this moving and storage company was average, and I would recommend them with some reservations.
