I had a bit of a disappointing experience at Bloom studio. The hairstylist didn't quite understand what I wanted, and the end result was not what I had in mind. The salon itself was nice, but the service could have been better. I would suggest clearer communication with the hairstylists to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
