I recently used the services of this company and was pleased with the experience. The website achieve.lausd.net is well-designed and easy to navigate. The company offers a wide range of resources without overwhelming the user. However, their customer service could use improvement. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries, and their answers were not very helpful. Despite this, I would still recommend Primetime/LAUSD for their useful resources and user-friendly website.
