The ice cream from Colbys is incredible! I don't usually write reviews, but I couldn't resist praising their delicious hokey pokey flavor. It's so rich and creamy, with a great mix of toffee and caramel flavors. The texture is perfect, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.
