I recently obtained a mortgage from a company that provides rates which are often better than Old Colonial Mortgage LLC. However, I won't mention the company's name. While the services provided by Old Colonial Mortgage LLC were satisfactory, I found the rates slightly higher compared to other lenders. The loan process was smooth, but the customer service could be more responsive and prompt. Overall, an average experience.
