Great experience purchasing a hot tub from this company! 😊 The website is easy to navigate and provides detailed information about each product. The customer service representatives were helpful in answering my questions. However, I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time as it took longer than expected. The hot tub itself is of average quality, not the most luxurious but works well enough. The price was reasonable compared to other retailers, so overall it was a decent value for the money. The company could improve by providing more frequent updates on the delivery status. Nonetheless, I’m enjoying relaxing in my new hot tub! 🛀🏻💦
