As a customer of this company, I had a somewhat average experience. The website was informative and easy to navigate, however, the overall communication and responsiveness from the team left something to be desired. 🤔 Additionally, the pricing was a bit higher than expected, and there were some discrepancies between the initial quote and the final bill. On the positive side, the quality of the prototype I received was good, and the delivery was on time. 🕒 Overall, there is potential for improvement in terms of customer service and price transparency. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, but with some reservations.
