I recently had an experience with Imation and it was average. Their customer service was prompt and helpful, but the quality of their products left a lot to be desired. I had to return a faulty item and their return process was hassle-free, but it was disappointing to receive a defective product in the first place. Overall, my experience with Imation was just okay.
