I had a mixed experience with Giffels, LLC / IBI Group. The customer service was great, but the quality of their work was average. I expected more for the price I paid. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the end result was not as impressive as I had hoped. Although I appreciate their efforts, I would hesitate to recommend them to others.
