Universal Audio Visual Solutions did a decent job at providing audio visual solutions for our event. The service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. The equipment worked as expected, although there were a few minor hiccups throughout the event. The technicians were professional, but not overly friendly or engaging. Overall, it was an average experience and I would consider exploring other options for future events.
