The services provided by Neotel 2000 are just average. I expected more from a company with such a good reputation. The call quality is decent, but the customer support leaves a lot to be desired. They take ages to respond to queries and often give generic responses that don't actually solve the issue at hand. Overall, I would say Neotel 2000 is just average and there are better options out there.
