I recently used this organization's services, and I found them to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the information they provided. However, I wish there was more direct communication with the team. 🏘️ The work they do in the community is admirable, and I hope they continue to make positive changes. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of engagement with clients.
