I recently used a home healthcare service from Dominican home health agency inc. and overall, I found it to be an average experience. The website, dominicanhha.org, was user-friendly and provided clear information about their services. The customer service was responsive and helpful in addressing my inquiries. However, I found the actual service to be lacking. The caregivers were competent but seemed unenthusiastic and lacked a personal touch. Additionally, there were a few instances of miscommunication regarding their scheduling system that caused minor inconveniences.
