I have been working with Mid Ocean Tanker Company, LLC for several years now and I must say that their services are average. They have a good fleet of tankers but their customer support needs improvement. They often take longer than usual to respond to my queries and sometimes fail to provide satisfactory solutions. However, their rates are competitive and they have a good reputation in the industry.
