The company website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their recycling services. I appreciate their commitment to environmental sustainability♻️. The process of scheduling a pickup was simple and convenient, and the collection team arrived on time. However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the status of my recycled items. It would have been nice to receive a confirmation or update after the pickup. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit high compared to other recycling companies. Overall, the service was average and met my basic expectations, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer communication and pricing competitiveness.
